Colorectal Cancer:Colorectal cancer is one of the preventable cancers in humans. From a simple polyp to cancer, it long journey and gives us window opportunity intervene prevent it. Historically, Pakistan has been considered low-prevalence country for colorectal but changing epidemiological patterns dictate that we should think implementing bowel screening programs early detection risk reduction. More than 1.9 million new (including anus) cases 935,000 deaths were estimated occur 2020, representing about 10 deaths. (Globocan 2020). Cancer 3rd most common among men 2nd women, worldwide. (1). CRC mortality rates have declining USA Canada, whereas many countries like Latin America Caribbean (LAC), are increasing. This difference between Canada US with rest Americas serves as an indication differences may exist health care, including screening, detection, treatment.
